Senior Customer Relations Manager*

The CRM team’s primary focus is to leverage the highly engaged database of Gameforge users across the globe to drive revenue gain insight and to develop long term relationships and communications primarily through the email channel and web while exploring new channels. 
The role requires ownership, development and execution of email campaigns, excellent collaboration skills and great attention to detail. 

Tasks to inspire:

  • Effective cooperation with stakeholders in the Marketing and Product Teams, as well as with internal interfaces such as Creative & Localization Department, Design, IT, BI, Data Analytics and ESP Support
  • Plan, test, deploy and optimize Email, Web and In-Game campaigns for the complete Gameforge portfolio
  • Provide reports and insights into audience segmentations as well as engagement and revenue results using wide suite of reporting platforms
  • Define segmentations for Email or Web target groups and retargeting campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.) using extensive internal BI capabilities
  • Planning, execution and analysis of customer satisfaction research 
  • Evaluation and analysis of campaign details including reporting
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly campaign reports

Qualifications to convince:

  • Completed studies with a focus on marketing, business administration or a comparable apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience in project management of the entire Email campaign process (planning, briefing, testing, sending, reporting) in a fast moving and multilingual environment
  • Experience with lifecycle automation and customer data to achieve commercial results
  • Practical experience in creating test and optimization plans and proven track record in optimizing campaigns, A/B and multivariance tests, control groups – micro segmentation
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights
  • Exposure to predictive analyses and AI-controlled marketing
  • Good knowledge of Email platforms such as ExactTarget, Salesforce or Adobe Marketing Cloud, dotMailer and Silverpop
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident appearance, proaktiv, team spirit and social competence
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  • Resilience paired with the will to walk an extra mile if necessary
  • Passion and/or understanding for the games industry is not essential, but would be an advantage
