Karlsruhe (Germany), 13th December, 2017 – Gameforge, a leading online games publisher, today announced the appointment of Alison Turner as Vice President Marketing & Platform. In this role, Turner will apply extensive marketing and product platform experience to help accelerate the company’s growth and strengthen its leadership position in the F2P online gaming category.
Committed to seeking out international top talent in the gaming industry, the hiring of Alison Turner is the first in this process. Alison will be leading both the Marketing and Platform teams in the Games Division. She joins the Gameforge team from Sony Network Entertainment Europe, where she in her role as Senior Director was responsible for international marketing and programming. She has built a storied career in the video game industry including a decade at Sony in various capacities as well as racking up accomplishments in roles at Activision, Roxio, Sega, Ubisoft and BMG.
